Fees
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, and most major credit cards, including most HSA cards, are accepted for payment.
Initial Intake (50 - 60 minutes): $200
Therapy (50 - 60 minutes): $175
Clinical Supervision / Consultation (per hour): $175
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice by calling, emailing, or submitting a request through the online scheduling portal.
Insurance
Dr. Rovnak is contracted through several insurance carriers. Depending on your specific health insurance plan, it is possible for the cost of mental/behavioral health services to be covered in part or in full. Please contact your insurance provider via the number on the back of your card to check your specific coverage and to verify their compensation for psychotherapy services. Please note that a co-pay and deductible often apply.
Many insurance companies have temporarily lifted their restrictions on coverage for services rendered via telehealth. Contact Dr. Rovnak for more information.
If you are planning to use your insurance benefits, please remember to bring your insurance card with you to the first session.

If Dr. Rovnak is not contracted with your insurance carrier, you still may be able to get reimbursed based on your specific benefits plan. You are encouraged to contact your insurance carrier and inquire about out-of-network reimbursement for mental/behavioral health services. You will be provided the necessary forms to submit to your insurance carrier in order to receive reimbursement for services received out-of-network.
